Be A Part Of The Class Of 2026

Follow two groups of students from Springfield, Holyoke and Chicopee to graduation through videos, stories and an invitation to the big day – graduation!

Tech Foundry is a Springfield-based nonprofit that provides free tech training to young people and adults in Western Massachusetts. Since 2014, our graduates have gone on to careers that more than triple their income. This spring, two cohorts are finishing their programs. We want you to meet them.

Jean’s Moment

Every year, on the first day of orientation, Dr. Marie-Ange Delimon watches new students walk through the door. She says her face hurts from smiling.

These are people who have tried other things, and who weren't sure this would work either. They showed up anyway.

Jean is one of them. Here's what she has to say.

"Everybody here at Tech Foundry cares about my success. I did not have that before."

What You’ll Receive

One email a week, from now through June with stories from inside the program — these are the moments that don't make it into the annual report, and provide an “inside look” into the Tech Foundry experience – and impact! You’ll also get a front-row seat to graduation on May 29 (space is limited!).

About the Two Cohorts

  • Tech Bridge

    Graduation: May 29, 2026

Tech Bridge serves recent high school graduates from Springfield, Holyoke, and Chicopee who may not yet have a firm plan for what comes next. In this pilot-year program, participants build technical skills, receive social-emotional coaching, and complete a guaranteed internship while preparing for careers in IT and AV/low-voltage work.

  • Tech Launch

    Graduation: June 23, 2026

Tech Launch serves adults seeking a career change or entry into tech, including many who were previously unemployed or underemployed. Over 18 weeks, participants receive IT support training, career coaching, internship experience, and preparation for the Google IT Support Certificate — all as part of a proven program with an 11-year track record.

Tech Foundry is building more than career pathways. We’re building relationships, opportunity, and a stronger local workforce.
