Johannes has been a technology enthusiast since an early age, building his first computer at age ten. He quickly found a passion for learning everything possible about computers and technology, which turned into an equal passion for sharing that knowledge. By age 16 he had started teaching basic technology classes in local retirement communities to help spread computer literacy. After graduating college he moved into network support with a local MSP, and then eventually into a training role for the internal support staff at USBank. He is committed to providing a fun environment that encourages learning and picking up new skills.

In his personal life, Johannes enjoys mountain biking, electronic tinkering, skydiving, videogames, hiking, and spending time with his fiance and their dogs Daisy and Moose.
