A native of Worcester MA, Jessica moved to Springfield in 2019 to access housing. Although Jessica’s background had primarily been in the medical office administration, when she received information about Tech Foundry in the summer of 2020, she realized this program was the opportunity that she had been waiting for. Upon completing the program in December 2020, Jessica began interning at Tech Foundry as a teaching assistant while also pursuing classes at Holyoke Community College. Jessica graduated with her associate degree in computer information management from HCC in June 2023 and now serves as Tech Foundry’s assistant technical instructor. She is also enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at Southern New Hampshire University and hopes to become a technical instructor in the future. During Jessica’s free time, she enjoys family-oriented activities with her five sons.
