Manager of Administration and Operations

Tech Foundry, Western MA’s information technology workforce development and training organization, is hiring a Manager of Administration and Operations for our collaborative and energetic team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the CEO and Director of Programs and Curriculum on grant management and reporting, marketing, fundraising logistics, and office management and operational projects. The successful candidate will have strong administrative and project management skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, an upbeat, collaborative approach to work and the ability to agilely multi-task based upon shifting priorities and deadlines.
Who we look for: 5-10 years+ of experience in nonprofit, business or related field; knowledge of project and administrative management, entrepreneurial, solutions-focused approach and a track record of successfully management of multiple priorities and stakeholders. Knowledge of technology, grant management and bilingual skills strongly preferred. Join our great team in a position that offers very flexible schedule 30-35 hours/week, a salary of $50-60K, full benefits (including a 401K match and generous time-off) and hybrid work environment.
