Juan has always been passionate about technology. He has been the go-to tech person in his family since a young age and at every job he ever held. Juan previously worked in property management where he helped low-income residents recertify and maintain housing. Juan was helping a resident acquire resources when he came across a Tech Foundry flyer and decided to enroll himself. After graduating from Tech Foundry’s IT support training program, he was hired as a digital fellow at the Tech Hub in Holyoke. With over a decade of experience collaborating with members of the public, Juan is now the Technical Manager at Tech Foundry’s Tech Hub in Springfield.

Other than tinkering with electronics and working with members of the community, Juan spends his personal time with his four children (all boys) watching sports, movies and playing the occasional video game while also cooking endless dinners with his partner of 13 years.
